Bleed, during nursing?

I am pregnant, and my due date will be tomorrow. I plan my baby to breast feed. But I weiß, that original-nipples can sometimes bleed. If it is für original baby damaging, in order to bring in some of this blood? Or something can do I if I begin to bleed? I really don\'t want to give any formula to my baby.
