A nursing mother, who finds the abstinence difficult for her/it/them in Ramadan, is complete within her/its/their right to omit it to fast.

A pregnant woman and a nursing mother, if they break her/its/their abstinence because of her/its/their condition, take you the same decision as those, that break her/its/their abstinence, because they are sick, or at a trip. This thinks, thereß she/it the missing abstinence from a later date, as doing, must invent with it becomes easy for her/it/them.

There was some scholar, that had the opinion, that pregnant women and nursing mothers can simply decide in favor of it, for the missing days through nourishing a poor person for every day, to expiate, was missing. But this opinion is no strong one.

The correct decision is that these women must invent the abstinence, that she/it miss. Allah says: "Whoever is who also under you sick, or at a trip, a number of other days" should fast. [S?rah al-Baqarah: 184]

DerDer proposition of this prevailing to pregnant women and nursing mothers are illustrated in the following had?th.

Anas b. tells Malik that the prophet, peace is on him/it, said,: "Allah has the traveler of the duty to fast, and half of the units of his/its prayer excuses. If he/it excused the pregnant woman and the nursing mother from the abstinence". [Sunan al-Tirmidh? (715), Sunan Ab? Daw?d (2408) and Sunan Ibn Majah (1667)]

This shows to us that the decision is the traveler, who is excused by the abstinence, they then resembling as this of a nursing mother. Because the traveler spät his/its abstinence must invent, the nursing mother must so.

This rule is based on the fact that itself Islam about the health of the children as well as the Sagittarius of them against any damage or an illness concerns.

For each drop of milk, you give to your child that you are gotten good actions. May Allah let you in Himmelsschwester.

The most Muslim scholars believe, thereß she/it women nurses. as those, that unwell or travels is. have special permission not to fast. Some even opinion es\'s-Unrecht, in order to ignore this action of the friendliness, through the abstinence, if you don\'t have to it.

Her/its/their decision depends on a number of matters, but probably your baby\'s age is the head -. It fühlt itself very different, if your baby is nursed minutely and only, Jahr-alt with a healthy one compared himself the others food in 1 has and only with night nurses. actually makes i not only pregnent-Frauen belive besides breast, that mothers, through Sam for ramadan, nourish, is, both free, i dunno if it is this some for all sects of Islam, as i knows, gives, but i has a friend, who is, and she/it is a breast feeding mother, and she/it jumps the abstinence.. only she/it doesn\'t eat any meat instead, however, charity always is a good idea, and I am not only during sacred days, sure God will understand that it is physically unhealthy for a breast feeding mother fasted, and not only for mother besides child, as it will miss many nutrients, and it cannot wait that you develop sunset, in order to get full benefits of the milk,

if it disturbs you, you ask your local religious leader and your doctor. no islamic is i although, but the abstinence never is a good matter, if you and i nurses, \'m, that sure God will understand,

if you don\'t eat very much, this is why your milk is low,..
anyways.., if very well you can guarantee to eat, before the fasting time begins,.. then can fast you.. if not.. then doesn\'t do you.. you is your single judge..

the days, that you missed, that you have, to recompense about her/it/them before the next ramadan comes..
You/they can fast for them..
or you can do charity..
You/they can ask your local imam for the quantity, that you should give away, how it trades with each country,..

if you don\'t become Lenten this year, then, you can later do for her/it/them upward..
or you can give away every day as much food/or omney, that is they for resembling, how you are, eats eating/would per meal.. to some somebody, that fasts,..

Means, if you can cook particular meal, and some of it gives every day of a needy fasting person so that it is,..
if you eat 10 dollars with which coast, for example,.. you gives away those every day..

Allah knows the best..
wish you all best..
