Nursing and doing of a diet.. you can do it and how certainly?

I weighed 142lbs as I did a quite active work.
Then, I became married and rose in 150, I planned my wedding and took three weeks of the work.
Then as soon as we were married, I became really really sick with a bad infection and could not leave my house and because three months didn\'t do anything.. I got up to 171 pounds.
Then, I became healthy and became pregnant!! LOL.

I went up to 202 pounds with her.
Then, I lost the 30 pounds, that I won within one month.

Now, I stick at 170-173!

how do I lose it or motivate to work out me?

A healthy sure food is nursing and a good one for training there in order to expel itself/themselves dvd because my husband does me the whole time of Jargongehen to the gymnasium, that is beautiful from me far,
Please help!!

First, I want to say that you are not alone on this so. I am in this same boat.

I think, if you healthy and exercise eats, you will go do it well. If you, that then you silence, you probably become loosely the weight the most, because you fähig will be to be eaten calories less. At the moment müssen you, to eat many calories, continues, because you nurse. I wonly it doesn\'t stop ürde to nurse because however, you want to relaxed weight. Weight observers have a program, that you can follow for it, to nurse mommies in order to do. I didn\'t try this so that I am not sure how healthy it works. I did weight observers, before I became pregnant, and I did relaxed weight, and I also learned how healthy eating is.

I would go to your next video store and rented DVDs to any efficiency and find one, that you like and then goes and buys it.

from GranolaM... I did the program of weight observers with big success for nursing mommies. Along ICH\'m to the last few stubborn pounds, and I didn\'t have any problems with my milk supply.
