Nursing and medication?

I am a quiet with 11 months old. I fühle me like I, begins to get a yeast infection. Is over the counter yeast medication OK, during nursing? Es\'s probably a stupid question, but wanted to be only sure.

Also I had only yeast infections while AF is no due untill-thursday pregnant, so possibly one on boobs and one in stomach!

OTC yeast treatments are fine.
