Nursing and pregnant?

Did everyone continue to nurse, during pregnant & made your doctor OK this? I have a 9 month old & only found out this, that I am pregnant. He/it won\'t take any bottle, him/it therefore too entwöhnen, maybe no possibility is. Each other with one similar situation or ideas over it, to disaccustom a baby, that gewann,nimmt \'t one bottle? I nursed means old son 11 months, as I fell pregnant. Obviously I didn\'t weiß immediately, but noticed you disaccustom I, that my son begins to self, about this time and finally as I recognized, I was pregnant one month later, everything fell in place!
