if you become pregnant, while it to still nurse wills, causes, does your milk deliver in order to fall?

this is not for me. I have a friend there, who had a fall at milk supply, that thinks,ß she/it maybe pregnant is. nursing was her/its/their single form of the birth control.. not good. i weiß.
