Says broadly all the meal is sure, while they nurse, but some can lower supply, can change the taste of the milk or can overturn the baby. But this is on a baby through Babybasis,

Can a care mother, do you eat unpasteurized soft cheese?
Yes, soft cheese can eat mothers to work as a nurse. Unpasteurized, that soft Käse and other unpasteurized dairy products, a listeria monocytogenes of named bacteria can carry. K done in the United Statesit must be made by pasteurized milk äse, pasteurization kills the listeria-Organismus, but imported, maybe cheeses are a problem. Listeriosis normally is a smaller Grippen-wie-Krankheit in healthy adults, but can serious problems für pregnant women cause and are connected to stillbirth and miscarriage maybe, how it can be passed to baby over the placenta. Although to eat unpasteurized dairy products, not während the pregnancy is recommended, no problem for nursing mommies is taken into consideration.

Per Lawrence, nurses: A handbook for the medical occupation 1999, p 569, "no proof proposes transmission of Listeria in the literature through breastmilk." This hint points it out on it that the single matter, that could interfere, to work with nursing, a mother\'s incompetence, because of heavy illness as a nurse, is.

Other meal, that can carry listeria, that is taken safe for nursing mommies into consideration, but not during the pregnancy,:

cold hotdogs, lunch meat or delicatessen meat
soft cheese like feta, Brie, Camembert, blue-veined cheese,; and mexikanische-Stil-Käse like "queso blanco-Freskogemälde"
chilled paté or meat spans
chilled smoked seafood, you don\'t divide from a cooked bowl,
