Did Eczema become around worse during pregnancy & still while it nursed,... help!?

hello there. a bi was in the habit of ißchen, to get eczema, as i was younger, so that i white that can tend i to getting it, but this was a while before. während my pregnancy now is my young 2 months old, i on the top of my hands itself noticed some eczema places develop. i kinda came to terms with it, während i pregnant was, but i now nurses and it still loiters and really frustrates me. i tried pile of creams, but didn\'t have any joy with them. each other has this problem had and weiß of any help for me? i only jargon seems, as it is to be gotten rid of to be calculated.
