i takes twice per day like rules done my prenatals, but i won 50 pounds, while i was pregnant with my daughter! lost 25 pounds i so far, but i fcow nevertheless moos ühlt with my current weight of 160 and i like the biggest at, to lose you 40 further pounds, but i wants to make whats healthy for her/it/them through nursing, is there anyway, i can have the best either earth?!?!?!

Nevermind what is healthy for her/it/them, you are her/its/their mommy, and you must do what is healthy for THEM. Which good will you be to her if you aren\'t healthy?

O.K.... I has THE MOST AWESOME FOOD! I weiß, because I used myself for him/it. I cost 5 pounds the first week and then like 2 pounds per week after it. I got also the food from my Ernährungswissenschaftler, while I was, was pregnant.i PREGNANT AND decreasing STILL! I didn\'t weiß was this possible, rarley this does you happen. I had gestational-Zuckerkrankheit, so that I a low carb-Dihad to make ät, but I ate healthy cause, that I had a baby in myself. but realy is a food, that can make everyone.

these are the rules

1.eat 45 g carbs per a meal
30 g carbs per a small thing

2.eat any type of protein with every meal because it remains, upward your blood sugars from going to keep blood, sugars wether low, or is not you diabetic, is good for everyone and is believed to help of Gewichtsverlust recently, you take the trouble to eat any protein with your small things
