Losing of baby weight, during nursing,... like?!?

I won, I lost 30 pounds, as I was pregnant, 10 pounds, but I nevertheless have 20, I always have been overweight, but at the moment I became pregnant that I was in my best form. ICH\'m so desperately!!! I dont weiß something, to do, I take the trouble, but nothing seems to help!! Everytime, that I try cut meal, my milk supply is not they for resembling, it drank shake, that contains milk, fruit and an activia-Joghurt, i and helps my milk to deliver a quantity, but I dont knows something to do for the rest of the day!! I becomes so hungry!! I decreased previously, but now, because I nurse, I dont knows, as it is to be done, my old foods where very strictly!!! somebody please helps me!! I sought a menu or something, which would give me ideas over what is good, to eat, quantities and everything of this. My baby is already 3 months, and I still see aus\'m 5 month pregnant like myself. I place even wanna auf\'t goes out... I weiß, that you will understand, as I feel. Please help!!! nursing of me helped hasnt: (

Nursing didn\'t help me, but I interjected the weight, I had won and granted to the standard, by 2 months, although my stomach still is flabby seeing. My baby now is 3 months old. I go between 3 and 5 miles per day and eat only healthy. Lean meats (chicken), turkey and fish, Eiweiße for breakfast, normally with veggies a grain, many fruits and veggies mixed in fiber like an omelet, with whole wheat toast, is some big recipes and so on here if your interested

After my son had been born, I troubled not to decrease me on purpose, but it seemed to deliver only me.

Fortunately, I had my husband, who prepared 3 meals per day, that I found, for me, for myself that I for with nursing a big appetite had. You/they were all healthy meal. I bemühte me also was fruit to be guaranteed this everytime, that I ate it, otherwise I didn\'t disturbs. I think the biggest matter for me, was, because we don\'t have any car, I get around on foot everywhere and if you carry also about the baby into a messenger, it is hard work!!
