Does everyone know if is sure in the air to take, while nursing?

does it seem un getting of a cold or something.. i really awakened w on one it becomes sore throats and i wanna loose, before however, it comes i on full power, does old baby nurse my 3 week, does everyone know if is sure in the air for nursing mommies?? i knows, that it takes couldnt i, as i was pregnant,... also sounds this silly besides the baby maybe, can become sick through my milk? Thanks!

born air is only vitamins and herbs.. a rip is from for the price besides his/its safe
