How a diet, in order to decrease, makes i during nursing the wanting no milk supply influences? ?

I increased in much weight while i was pregnant.
Said Doc, that the excess pounds lose i because of the Gelenke-n-Muskels, hurts her/it un the credit.

Healthy food is not recommended during breast feeding. But you können any unnecessary food cuts out. Needs you and the Babydon\'t something like soda and discards meal. Eat smaller meals, but you have healthy, ißt one day few times. No unnötiger sugar and the fat. Watch your calorie reception. And if of möglich you ignites going, water aerobics or yoga.
