I definitely would go the vocal route with your ex as far as financial Hilfsgehen.

I hate to inform you of it, but there is not any way for one from both country, to push through a child support contract, as they are other countries with other laws, and what is brought out in Michigan, cannot be pushed legally through in Canada how it is another jurisdiction.
Obviously this is not anything, which you wanted your ex, who finds out, I only would tell him/it that you want to avoid the legal route, it on him/it easy does.

I am canadian, and my husband is american, we live in California besides spoke with a lawyer for it presently to, as child support contracts and visit with my 7 year old stepson, with my Ehemännerverflossenen, went if we should move to Canada back.
