Can you eat tuna if you nurse?

I know, that you should not eat it, while you are pregnant, but I didn\'t know whether you could expel nursing for itself.

You/they can eat tuna while you nurse.

Also, you/they can eat it (in modeation) during pregnant. 100 percent 1 voices saves to it! ! RSS

through frogysue, you can, but limits it. His/its impt as if pregnant, but you nevertheless place auf\'t too much mercury wants in your food. It was told me none more than 2 unit per week, that persönlich more tuna is, as I ever would eat anyway, lol.
